Customer Service Associate
We're looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-loving, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support our customer communications. Our ideal candidate is analytical with great follow-through, customer-focused with passion for helping people, and an entrepreneurial thinker who is always coming up with ways to improve things.
We work in an open environment and need you to be able to think big picture while handling the day to day workload. We all make changes to improve the business, and we all work as a team.
This position would start immediately.
Resolve inbound customer contacts via email, text, and social platformsIdentify customer issues and provide proactive solutionsCommunicate with our customers in a clear, concise, and positive toneProvide above and beyond service to every customer you interact withStay up to date on internal process and policiesBalance efficiency and speed with high level of serviceWork with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper service is being deliveredManage ordering throughput for clients — oversee successful throughput of client orders for clients across various retailers and communicate status updates.

You like using Excel and Google Sheets. You are focused on growing your own career.2+ years of retail or customer service experience1 year of E-commerce customer service experience (preferred)Open availability through the holidaysAbility to work 25 - 40 hours per weekAbility to work evenings and weekends is required
